Doctors recommended using orthotics for your sore feet. The last time I went to my orthopedic doctor for my chronic plantar fasciitis I asked him what I could do for my sore, painfully tired, feet. After he gave me two cortisone shots into my heal,

The doctor asked, ” What size are you feet? Hold on I’ll be right back.” In a flash he came back with some inserts. He cut off a small piece of the tip to make it fit just right in the shoes, then took out the old insoles I had in the shoes and replaced them with the new inserts. “Try this,” he said with a smile. I got up from the examination table and walked on my feet, lo and behold it worked. Wow! It was that quick, I felt the difference, between having an insert or not. My feet feel human again!
Update: Since wearing these orthotic insoles, my feet feel normal again. I can now walk for miles and have no problems with my feet.
Remember to replace orthotics at least every year to keep your feet walk-able.
The color of the insert my doctor gave to me were green. There are other colors you may want to try. The name of the orthotic is called SUPERfeet. It’s a great name for a great product. Give this product a try if you need help with your feet.
